Hi! Because of the way we source our items (we dont have a big enough garage to hold everything!), we utilize outside vendors and warehouses to store everything. Which means as a small business, and because every item is made to order, we are not able to refund back any purchases made in error unfortuntely. We do stand by our designs though, and if any items arrive damaged or misprinted, send us a pic and we can send you a new one!
